We’re looking for an experienced, innovative, and hands-on professional to embrace the management of the relationship between Polestar and its retailer network with the aim of meeting our business and customer satisfaction goals in the market.

Let us describe the challenge we offer

In this role you will meet the monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue and sales goals within your market. You will foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with the retailer network that results in win-win solutions to business challenges and maximizes opportunities within the market. You will lead the business planning process with the retailers, ensuring initiatives, resources and timing are aligned to the overall corporate business goals and monitor customer experience and satisfaction, and ensure proper action planning is in place to achieve complete customer delight. You will also ensure the most efficient communication channels are used to provide information to the Polestar retailer network on programs, initiatives and campaigns and act as the main point of contact for the retailer network for sales and service-related topics.

You and your skills

We see you who understand the automotive eco-system, preferably with experience in the Electric Vehicle industry and the needs of a premium customer within a retail environment, the key satisfaction and sales drivers in a premium retail industry.

Other important skills for this role:

  • Manage the profit levers and sales KPIs of an automotive retailer
  • Prior experience managing relationships with third party stakeholders (preferably automotive retailers)
  • Undrstand Dealer Franchise Legislation
  • Proven experience delivering training and individual coaching to retail teams
  • Pay attention to details
  • Ability to think strategically, work tactically, with strong project management skills and present to C level executive teams and retailer principals alike
  • Drive and determination to work in an evolving, ever changing environment

This role requires significant travel throughout the USA.
