Let us describe the challenge we offer
A successful candidate will have a strong technical and project management background, and experience collaborating with broad cross-functional teams. This individual will work closely with Design Engineering, Service Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, and Material Planning teams, acting as a technical project management lead of a vehicle system in ensuring the service parts supply chain readiness for vehicle part changes and new vehicle introductions. The work will be done together with a contract development partner and a lot of the work will be done in Shanghai as well as in Gothenburg hence the ability of stakeholder management and international collaboration will be key. Travelling to Kina will be part of the job.

We want you to have experience from automotive development and vehicle programs as well as knowledge of lean and agile methods and tools. You are familiar with KDP and part structures and you speak and write English fluently. As a person you always have a high level of engagement and you keep a positive attitude with resolute and high drive for results. You are a good communicator with great social skills which you use to build relationships and networks as well as having the ability to represent on program management levels. You are also most likely described by others as being an organised team player with analytical skills. Personal fit will be of great importance in this recruitment, as we are actively working to build a team with diversity in terms of experience, gender and background.
