What you´ll do

We have very high focus on the quality of our products and the experience we want our customers to have. You will be an important player in this to make sure we act fast, correct and have a good communication with all involved parties. You will also have a central function in the event of a Quality upgrade of any form.

Main tasks:

  • Initiate, evaluate and follow up of quality activities in the market
  • Act as Launch Leader in the event of Quality campaign
  • Develop a good way of working in the area of product quality
  • Establishing strong relationships and trust with all local marketing teams
  • Understanding the local requirements and needs in order to be a suitable representative and voice for the local markets in any central setting
  • Ensure that actions are in place to deliver the targets
  • Work in close contact with Quality org within Volvo Cars
  • Continuously develop the way of working
  • Do things that is still not defined as we are in the phase of building things up

Who you are

We see that you are well organized, enthusiastic, motivated and driven and are a natural communicator who can establish and maintain relationships, which will be a definite advantage when combined with your holistic, customer-oriented view. For this role it is important to have experience from the automotive industry, project management skills as well as experience in a multimarket global organization, managing multiple stakeholders in a decentralized environment. In addition, you are not afraid to try new methods and you work well both individually and as part of a team. 

At Polestar you will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as the natural language for written and spoken communication.
