Digital/Marketing Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for our next star to join our CRM Marketing team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The  Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist position is new within Polestar global CRM Marketing team, and together with our Consumer Segmentation Analyst, and the CRM Marketing Manager you will build the foundation of this function.

For this role it’s important that you can lead your own projects, you are hands-on and can create processes and establish a scalable way of working within your area. You need to independently manage and prioritize ad-hoc requests on an ongoing basis.

You are an experienced analytics professional with problem-solving skills. You are truly passionate about marketing and data that can drive results, you should be results driven with an excellent attention to detail.

You will play an important role in the development of the audience communication strategy and improve the quality and volume of marketing qualified lead. You will collaborate with all functions and channel owners within marketing, globally and locally, to provide guidelines and advise on what consumers to target to meet set KPI’s.

What you´ll do

  • Setting up and implementing digital lead generation campaigns from lead capturing, nurturing to closed
  • Partner with CRM to develop and advise on KPIs for performance measurement of lead generation initiatives
  • Set up guidelines, processes, and way of working for different types of communication for different audience segments (e.g. new customers vs lost)
  • Working with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to determine ROI and KPI for all digital lead generation activities for all markets
  • Create recommendations for marketing, Sales and CRM team on which consumers to target, in collaboration with Consumer Segmentation Analyst.
  • Maintain a direct relationship with the CX insights & analytics department to stay up to date on consumer models; educate CRM team on new or updated capabilities with recommendations for use cases 
  • Driving lead generation strategy
  • Coordination between stakeholders and channel managers 
  • Drive processes between business and IT to continuously improve on lead management capabilities

Knowledge that we see that you might have

  • Deep understanding in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Beneficial if you have some understanding in Salesforce DMP – Audience Studio and/or Customer 360.
  • Understanding on compliance and consent from a marketing perspective
  • High level of knowledge of Marketing and Sales best practices in lead qualifying and nurturing.
