We use our knowledge and tools to collect, democratize and socialize deep understanding about the customer behavior throughout the organization to shape a deliberate experience.
You will be an important contributor to our Customer Experience I&A Team together with existing Data Analysts, User Researchers, Data Scientists and CRO-specialists.
For this specific role you will work in depth with our Customer Care function and support other cross-functional product teams to make sure we establish a solid foundation for smarter decisions by harvesting data and telling the story by data visualization.
What you´ll do
You will have full ownership of Customer Care and Customer Service team analysis plans, working to access raw data and transforming them into actionable insights. This includes responsibilities for tools and other external resources to establish a global scalable framework.
The role reports to Head of Global Insight & Analytics within Customer Experience.
