As a consequence of Polestar getting increasingly independent from Volvo Cars, we are in the process of implementing HR systems and processes to support our growing organisation. As HR Specialist Digital Platforms you will be part of a global HR team and responsible for driving initiatives around our HR system Workday and other digital solutions and processes in the HR area. You will be acting as a subject matter expert towards the global HR function.

The main tasks for this role will be within three areas:

• Be the subject matter expert and Super User in Workday HCM, including acting as 1st line support, and developing and deliver training material
• Proactively drive improvements in Workday and related HR systems by using data analytics and responding to user needs, with the aim to increase automation of processes
• Develop the HR Service Model, mainly based on a Service Now interface

In addition to the above there are other systems such as our travel booking system which will also be the responsibility of this role. As we are a growing and constantly transforming team, tasks will change over time depending on business needs and the skills and availability of team members.

The HR Specialist Digital Platforms will work in close collaboration with the global HR team, as well as colleagues in Polestar Digital and Workday representatives for Finance and Procurement.

To be successful in this role, some key traits and skills include:

• Experience of working with one or multiple HR systems, including some experience from Workday
• Experience of data analytics and reporting
• Ability to independently drive own tasks and projects, on a global scale and in close collaboration with others
• Comfortable working with a high level of uncertainty and flexibility
• An "outside-in" mind-set and ability to keep things simple and usable
