We are seeking a committed and passionate colleague who wants to be part of driving the HR agenda in Polestar which currently has four focus areas; Establishing a global organisation driving innovation, Put in place user experience driven HR systems and tools, Develop Leadership for innovation and Attracting and growing people for tomorrow’s skills. We are a start-up company with strong growth focus where HR is a fully integrated function in the business as a key enabler for business success. As HRBP here you will be fully involved in daily operational matters working close with leaders and employees across the entire company and all levels as well as working close with global HR colleagues to develop ways of working for global implementation. As we are in a phase of setting up our global organisation and developing processes and tools while growing at a high speed a strong experience is required to manage the level of complexity and fast decision taking.
We are a flat organization with a Go-Get-Attitude and as HR we act as a strong team to get things done to enable the business to be successful. We work with speed and engagement in a collaborative manner. You will primarily be supporting EMEA. You will be part of the Global Polestar HR Team.
Qualifications
• University degree in relevant fields (i.e. HR Mgmt./Psychology/Behavioural Science) or equivalent expertise
• At least 5 years HR working experience
• Broad and comprehensive understanding of HR processes
• Ability to prioritize and take tough decisions in the interest of the organization and do this in a transparent and customer-oriented way
• Ability to create efficient working relationships for the team and for oneself
• Effective communications skills
• Specific EMEA experience is beneficial
Competence and experience are important, but personality is also key
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills with high personal energy and integrity. We think you have a very strong customer orientation with a creative mind set to solve problems supplemented by a hands-on attitude. We also see that analytical skills and capability to make good analysis, judgements and take actions is important for this role.
You appreciate to learn and develop through performing your task and take great own responsibility in delivering result and contribute to the growth. In this role it´s also important with strong business acumen, organize, structure and ability to plan, coordinate and execute work with many different stakeholders involved. You master verbal and written communication and is proficient in English and enjoy working in an international context.
