Digital Marketing Content Specialist

Let us describe the challenge we offer 
The Digital Marketing Content Specialist will be the primary point of contact for all content hosted on the website in the US and Canada. This position report to the Social Media Manager and will work cross functionally with internal stakeholders, global teams and our creative agencies. You will collaborate closely with social, retail, product, and media teams Globally and Locally, and facilitate seamless execution of all content changes and market adaptations on our North American websites. You will need to possess an entrepreneurial spirit to try new and different things, and be challenged to push boundaries, propose, and execute new ideas and establish best practices.


What you’ll do 

  • Partner closely with Global and Local Marketing, Digital, Sales, Retail, Communications and Product teams to drive accurate and clear communication on 
  • Facilitate, communicate and project manage new initiatives with local and global stakeholders from inception to completion 
  • Be the main point of contact for all Polestar North America stakeholders seeking updates to the website via CMS platform (Dato) 
  • Manage localization and implementation of global campaigns and strategy 
  • Ensure product content is accurate, current, optimized for SEO, and grammatically correct 
  • Analyze website data regarding analytics review, development of data-driven optimizations, and executions 
  • Management of SEO activities, including keyword analysis and Google Analytics 


Who you are 

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in website management at a brand, or at an advertising or creative agency
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar required 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Experience working in an automotive or Direct to Consumer (DTC) industry highly desirable 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks 
  • You have proven experience handling day-to-day content management in a CMS (Content Management System) - preferably with an automotive OEM, DTC brand, or an agency.  
  • Highly collaborative and foster strong relationships 
  • Detail-oriented and thrive working in a fast-paced environment that focuses on multiple tasks, timelines and deadlines 
  • Able to understand, assess, and evolve performance tracking across all digital channels
