What you’ll do

As an Inside Sales Specialist you will contribute to the success of Polestar by offering customers, fans, and people curious about the brand the best possible customer experience. At the same time, you play a crucial role in bridging the connection between our direct-to-consumer model and our partnership with local investors. Your focus will be to proactively guide customers from their first contact with the company, through planning, coordination, and following-up their brand experience on a test-drive or in our Polestar Spaces, to ordering a new car, or simply becoming a brand ambassador. You will not only support the customers, but also Polestar in gathering feedback from our customers.

For example, you will:

  • Execute in- & outbound sales activities and campaigns for B2C customers primarily via phone, chat, and e-mail, and occasionally in-person
  • Answer customer inquiries about product & purchase as well as supporting customers with administrative processes (financing applications, contracts, etc.)
  • Proactively nurture leads and close orders
  • Maintain ownership & oversight of a pipeline of customers whilst entering and updating customer data in CRM (SalesForce)
  • Provide suggestions for improvements in Lead Management (systems, processes, etc.)

 

Who you are

To be successful in this role, you are ambitious, flexible, proactive, and see the value in collaboration and innovation. You have passion for providing exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills to inspire and educate and guide the customers in their transition to EV. Also, you are excited to get in on the ground floor, helping to create and develop a company that will act as an inspiration for the rest of the industry.

Further on, we expect you to have:

  • Previous experience in Sales, Lead management and/or Customer Service or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English and fluent in two of the following: German, Italian or French
  • Understanding of the customer needs in the automotive industry is considered meritorious
  • Existing knowledge or eager to learn about current automotive trends and technology
  • Valid driving license
