As Inside Sales Executive at Polestar IE, you will be responsible for managing the lead follow up process for all Polestar prospects and coordination of all retail sales activities for Polestar Ireland. Our Direct Sales business model gives us a unique opportunity to set up the most comprehensive lead management process. In this new role you will be supporting the Business Development Manager who is responsible for further developing this process and together you will create the best possible buying experience for our customers while maximising our sales results.

There will be some crossover with the fleet sales process as we work to ensure that all customers follow the best sales process for their needs, and you will also have the opportunity to help drive the Polestar Financial Services strategy for retail and business finance products.

What You´ll Do

Lead Management

  • You will oversee and coordinate all available leads and opportunities, using Salesforce as a core system for lead management.
  • Along with the B.D.M. and other Inside Sales Executive you will develop a resource plan to ensure that the Inside Team is equipped to maximise opportunity and conversion from leads to sales.
  • Manage all lead follow up activities; make sure every lead is followed up timely and in line with Polestar standards.
  • Coach and train our Temporary Destination and event colleagues in lead management.
  • Continuously develop and optimize our lead management process and advise the B.D.M and management in improvement opportunities.
  • Create insight in commercial opportunities for both Fleet (end-user) and Retail Sales.
  • Report and follow-up on lead management KPI’s.
  • Develop lead management processes and customer contact points in line with the needs of each customer type.
  • Act as day-to-day contact for Polestar Financial Services to develop customer support functions as part of the retail sales process.

Retail Sales Management

  • Monitor the Sales activities of the Temporary Destination so sales performance is optimised.
  • Ensure that the offline sales activities in the Temporary Destination are connected to our online customer journeys.
  • Collect input, identify gaps and work together with our Digital Marketing team on our e-commerce platform to continuously develop and optimize our online buying flow.
  • Work closely together with our local Marketing Manager to ensure all end-customer communications align with our lead management processes.
  • Coordination and reporting of retail incentives.
  • Work with Business Development Manager to develop and agree retail offering and headline pricing.
  • Report and follow-up on retail sales performance and KPI’s.

Your Skills

  • Experience with data analysis, market sales analysis and lead management
  • Experience with developing and managing relationships with strategic partners
  • (Automotive) Retail experience is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge from and general interest in e-commerce
    (It helps if you know what CRO, UX & UI means)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

As part of the IE Sales team, you will report to the local Business Development Manager and will work with equivalent colleagues in other Polestar markets.

This is a work from home- based role. You will align with the BDM when required for site visit and be available to work in the office in Sandyford, Dublin when needed.
