Let us describe the challenge we offer

The Polestar Sales & Finance Administrator will be a professional with experience from sales and finance administration and analysis preferably within the automotive industry. The Sales & Finance Administrator role is responsible for delivering all sales and finance administrative tasks and processes and ensuring these tasks are completed in a high quality and timely manner.



What you'll do

In this position you will administer the movement, distribution, and storage of materials and inventory including both vehicle and parts, as well as retail transactions. You will furthermore act as the contact point towards Planning & Order-to-Delivery, Retail Locations / Operations, Polestar HQ Accounting, and Customer Care. Moreover, the role will provide overall office administration support.

Main responsibilities:

  • General handling of vehicle registration processing
  • Monitor the customer sales transactions and sales contracts. Control proof of payment
  • Follow up and support on questions and concerns related to invoices and payments
  • Filing to local government and authorities
  • Purchasing Requestor. Set up of purchase orders and follow up of goods received
  • Provide overall office administration support to ensure smooth daily operation
  • Other tasks assigned from time to time

 

 

Who you are

You are a team player with experience from the sales and finance area. Experience in sales planning and vehicle distribution field and an excellent understanding of end-to-end supply chain and eCommerce administration experience are advantages. You can handle multiple tasks, maintain focus and adapt easily to changing business needs. You’ll also have a true hands-on-attitude and you make things happen.

Further on we believe you:

  • Have a degree / diploma in Sales, Finance, Administration, eCommerce, Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the automotive field or eCommerce
  • Problem solving entrepreneurial attitude, a strong sense of organization, time, and resource management
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and data driven approach to business
  • Good understanding of automotive finance related processes
  • Have relevant experience in automotive company, retail bank or financial services company
  • Experience from value chain operations or other large and complex companies is a great advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Power Point skills, especially advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills and collaborates well with others
