Let us describe the challenge we offer

Polestar is expanding in Belgium and Luxembourg, and we need people who share our vision and want to be part of the electric age. We are looking for a hands-on CRM Specialist to manage the local CRM communication. You will join the local marketing team and take charge of CRM communication projects, developing Polestar communication in Belgium and Luxembourg. Global Polestar guidelines and strategy will support your daily work as you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a key role reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager. This is also a cross-functional role meaning that you will not only work locally but also with various departments at Polestar Headquarters in Sweden. You’ll be located in Polestar’s new Gare Maritime office in Brussels, Belgium.


What you’ll do

As a CRM Specialist at Polestar, you will manage the local newsletter plan by combining global content and relevant local stories, selecting the right audience segments (with HQ) and setting up the e-mails directly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be responsible for managing the content of all automated e-mail journeys by combining localized global content and market needs. You will work closely with our translation agency on all content and messaging.

Other tasks you will be accountable for:

 

  • Being up to date on and adhere to Polestar’s brand guidelines and tone of voice and ensuring efficient asset management
  • Setting up and implementing digital lead generation campaigns, together with the Digital marketing manager
  • Ensuring incoming leads are of high quality and can be processed with GDPR compliance
  • Analyzing available data of all CRM communications to determine the impact of content, design, and customer journey on visitor behavior and lead generation


    Who you are 

    To be a great fit for this position you have excellent analytical skills and an insight-driven approach. You have a passion for sustainability as well as customer experience. We find it important that you are result-driven and structured with excellent attention to detail.

    To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Dutch
    • Proven work experience as a CRM specialist with a minimal 3 years of experience
    • First-hand experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another automated marketing system
    • Good understanding of GDPR compliance and consent from a marketing perspective
