Let us describe the challenge we offer

Polestar is expanding rapidly in Ireland and we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join us on an incredible journey where they will play a vital role in the success of the company and establishing a new premium brand in the market. You will be responsible for supporting key marketing and events projects and activities. We’re looking for someone who feels as excited and as passionate about being on this journey as we are and who wants to work in a company where they can add real value and make a difference. The role will report into the Ireland Marketing Manager.

Main responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and global and UK digital teams on the website content adaptations and optimisation, including but not limited to content proof-reading, localising news articles, SEO and link optimisation.
  • Management of the Ireland organic content calendar including alignment with global SoMe and CRM activation planning and the Ireland events calendar. This will include working with Facebook ad manager and leveraging the organic budget to boost reach and engagement in Ireland.
  • Monitor social channels and relevant sites/ blogs for trending news, ideas and feedback. Create reports to share highlights and recommendations to the wider team.
  • Copyrighting support on various marketing, CRM and event communications.
  • To assist the Marketing Manager on marketing campaigns, asset delivery, collaborating with agency partners, event set up and activation and any local partnerships.
  • Management of the test drive portal in terms of scheduling events, publishing bookings, car management support and scheduling, event staff training, event kit and regular monitoring of test drive bookings to notify the Marketing Manager and push organic social if needed.  
  • Regular competitor and product research, analysis and reporting.
  • PO management and tracking
  • Work closely with the Ireland Marketing Manager and UK marketing and events team to collaborate, share insights, learning’s and performance updates.
  • Regular reperformance update vs KPIs, including in-depth campaign data analysis to provide feedback on assets, messages and recommendation for creative testing. 

You and your skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Hands on team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ideally a valid full Irish driver’s licence
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills including budget management
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to work within a fast paced and dynamic team environment
  • Desire to test new ideas and approaches
  • Marketing qualification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • Ideally knowledge in Facebook Ads Manager
