Delivery Coordinator

We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator for a one year temporary contract, covering a parental leave. In this role you will, together with the team, build up processes and best practices that allows us to scale to the next level of delivery excellence. 


Let us describe the challenge we offer
This role will be a part of the Retail Facility Development team, which is responsible for development and implementation of our space formats at Polestar. Its scope includes developing and defining technical solutions, testing, and evaluating prototypes and secure right qualitative and sustainable products for global roll out. This position is a one year temporary assignment, covering a parental leave with a possibility for extension for the right match.

This position is located at our HQ, in Gothenburg. We understand that work-life balance isn’t easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.


What you'll do
As a Delivery Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing that the order and delivery flow is running smoothly for both external and internal parties. The scope includes developing and defining processes and routines for order and delivery that allows us to scale to the next level of delivery excellence. You will be directly reporting to the Facility Development Manager.

Other tasks you will be accountable for:

  • Uphold and Develop processes and routines for order and delivery, both external and internal
  • Uphold and Develop order and delivery tools to be able to scale-up the business
  • Plan and coordinate product delivery with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers

You are known as the prestige-less, structured colleague, able to monitor workload independently and prioritize among several projects at the same time. Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities are important to be successful in this position as well. 

To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree within supply chain management or similar
  • Minimum 3 years work experience within a relevant occupation 
  • Experience from working in cross functional teams and projects
  • SAP Software experience
