Customer Experience Training Coordinator

Let us describe the challenge we offer

This position is part of the Customer Experience Training Team, based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The team deliver training to our customer-facing staff in all geographies where Polestar is present. The training we offer is product- as well as soft skills-focused, all aiming to drive a world-class customer experience. We offer state-of-the-art self-study online through our training platform as well as live and recorded virtual training sessions and IRL training in our retail and customer care hubs.

As our new colleague within our Customer Experience Training team, you will be tasked with driving our learning experience forward in close relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

This is a coordinating role with a focus on the whole training life-cycle phase, meaning setting up, implementing, and following up. You will continuously operate to deliver and improve learning experiences with your structured and people-focused attitude. It is important that you are proactive, flexible, approachable, can work independently and that you are receptive to change.

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

  • Planning and coordinating training activities for customer-facing staff, both face-to-face and virtual trainings.
  • Representing the training team and being the go-to person for new markets.
  • When required, delivering virtual training together with our Trainers.
  • Supporting our Project Manager with various tasks as needed.
  • Follow-up with internal stakeholders around training performance against KPIs.
  • Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders

Who you are

You are an energy-driven people person with a resourceful attitude to continuous improvement. We at Polestar believe in the concept of “hire for attitude and learn for skills”. But to be fair to you, it is good to understand that we have certain expectations of you, we see that you have:

  • Experience in handling administrative tasks efficiently
  • Excellent organization capability and attention to detail
  • Experience from international work environment and used high proficiency in English as a business language
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities

It's a plus if you also:

  • Have experience from Learning & Development or a similar field, and have worked in a role with similar tasks and responsibilities.
  • Are comfortable delivering training and presentations, both in-person and in the virtual space, at times in front of the camera.
