Due to aggressive growth plans Polestar is currently looking to recruit a DVP Coordinator.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

The DVP Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Supporting the wider team to develop and maintain the chassis DVP. Review and drive changes to ensure validity and relevance.
  • Working with relevant departments to confirm of suitability, quantity and cost of parts for prototype builds and tests in relation to the DVP.
  • Ensuring all tests are conducted on time, with the correct parts and following the agreed DV method
  • Being the primary link between the Chassis FG and the Test & Development teams
  • Developing a strong relationship with the central DVP team. Work with them to ensure the DVP is correctly populated.
  • Taking full ownership of the Chassis DVP (content, quality, timing, etc.)
  • Supporting the relevant chassis team members to manage the individual supplier DVPs, ensuring they are fully aligned with the master DVP
  • Ensuring all test reports are received in a timely fashion, to the required level and that any issues/actions reported are followed up.
  • Assisting with the creation of DVMs
  • Reporting out status regularly within the chassis team and wider program forums.


Academic Requirements

  • Excellent communicator & planner
  • Meticulous, proactive organiser
  • Knowledge of Chassis Systems is a distinct advantage
  • Expert Excel user
  • Degree qualified or demonstrable equivalent experience
