Network Development Analyst

We’re looking for a creative, innovative, experienced, and hands-on professional to support our Network Development team with insights and analytics to drive our network infrastructure.


Let us describe the challenge we offer

The Network Development Analyst will be responsible for supporting the growth strategy and overall network health of Polestar in North America. This role will provide the analytical support necessary to deliver our 5-year retail network growth plans, monitor sales channel effectiveness, manage our network incentive programs, and lead the business management function for Polestar.


What you’ll do

  • Define, collect, and analyze intake and output of data insights to support the network team to identify key areas of focus within the framework of Polestars’ retailer network growth plan
  • Analyze a range of retailer performance metrics, including but not limited to, retailer financial statements, retailer standards achievement program metrics, and other retailer performance data.
  • Coordinate launch and onboarding of new Polestar retailers, working with Network and Retail Operations field teams to ensure seamless integration to the brand and business operations
  • Support the annual Network business and budget planning process
  • Work closely with legal department on issuance and maintenance of retailer agreements and legal documentation


Who you are

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a business analytics role or relevant position
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Strong financial and accounting/finance acumen, with an understanding of retail automotive accounting and KPI management
  • Proven experience in automotive OEM or automotive retailer required
  • Understanding of profitability drivers within a franchised dealer network
  • Strong analytical skills, being able to distill insights from complex datasets
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present to senior leadership and executives
  • You thrive in an evolving, ever-changing environment.
