At Polestar, our customers are in the center of everything we do. The Customer Insight & Analytics team (CI&A) includes geo units alongside the global center of excellence. As EMEA Lead for CI&A you will therefore play an important role in the contribution to create a foundation for a game-changing customer experience and drive impact by turning gathered customer data into actions and proven impact. 

The role will receive support, knowledge and tools from the Global CI&A team with team members like researchers, feedback manager, data analysts, implementation specialists, user testers and visualizations experts to further accelerate our global strategy by local market adoption. The role reports directly to Global Head of Customer Insight & Analytics and sits within the Global CI&A Management Team. This role is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will act as a customer champion, making sure our organization utilize customer feedback so that our customers can expect solutions to their concerns. You will establish a customer centric mindset together with our EMEA markets, making sure we listen and learn as well as act and improve. By using our already established tools and frameworks, you will facilitate cross functional teams, guide stakeholders and build a process that helps our business to identify problems and solutions all the way to implementation and follow up. You will work closely with markets and apply local thinking based on global strategies, frameworks, and existing ways of working.

For example, you will:

  • Drive, monetize and socialize gained insights and drive suggested actions
  • Define, lead and develop our Global CI&A activities with a bottom up, top-down approach
  • Broadcasting the voice of the customer within EMEA to learn, act and improve
  • Support in setting up a local CX Measurement; and close the loop program
  • Adapt a local customer journey program based on existing global strategy
  • Guiding, engaging and inspiring people to understand the customer perspective and how the shift of mindset will help improve our business


Who you are

Also, you are proactive and structured, with a passionate interest to try innovative and creative solutions to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Additionally, we are looking for you with:

  • Extensive experience as a manager and executing strategy and/or transformation projects
  • Strong senior stakeholder management, where planning, project management and organizational skills were involved
  • Ability to effectively communicate actionable data-driven insights to all audiences and influence decision makers and roadmaps
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English
