Fleet Development Specialist

We are looking for someone who have the needed experience, skillset and motivation to challenge the traditional automotive market in the role as Fleet Development Specialist.

What you'll do

  • Development of Polestar’s presence in the growing private lease market
  • Negotiation and collaboration with current and potential leasing partners
  • Go-To-Market setup and implementation
  • Commercial PL campaign management and coordination
  • Establishment of strong position within the company car sales channel
  • Advising end user companies and B2B leasing companies on TCO, implications on CO2 savings, user taxation on EVs vs. PHEV/ICE, charging solutions, residual values, registration tax recalculation (genberegning) and other EV advantages
  • Negotiations and sales to corporate clients and leasing companies
  • Customer and user insights and leveraging on those for increased competitiveness
  • Management and development of the B2B business
  • Negotiating and presenting pricing proposals to customers and HQ
  • Market and competitor analyses & presentation to HQ Pricing
  • Setting up customer accounts and pricing agreements in systems
  • Scoping and development of new market propositions
  • Managing B2B pricing and margins internally and vs. taxation authorities
  • Management of resales agreements and operations
  • Regular exchange with the fleet teams in the other European markets (e.g. best practice sharing

Who you are

You are a person who have a fascination for cars and electric mobility, paired with a desire to challenge everything that can be changed for the better. You are a person who possess excellent communication and documentation skills.

You thrive when working in an ever-changing environment, and you can – and will – take responsibility for making things work even when responsibility is shared and there is no clear blueprint for a solution. You can see the big picture while not forgetting it is made up of small pieces which must be understood and dealt with in detail.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree (.BA / .MSC) with commercial focus
  • Practical experience in working with B2B / leasing in the automotive industry is a key advantage
  • High degree of independent thinking and analytical skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Preferably experience with Bilstatistik and Sales Force (or similar account / sales management systems)
  • Fluency in Danish language in written and verbal form
