Polestar in Austria is expanding the team. This is an opportunity to be part of the Polestar journey and contribute to sales funnel effectiveness and driving sales. We are looking for someone who has experience within sales administration and reporting.

The Polestar Sales & Fleet Administrator will be a professional with experience from sales administration and fleet preferably but not mandatory from the automotive industry. This role will be responsible for the administrative sales & fleet processes and reporting together with the sales organisation.

What you´ll do

The key responsibilities of this role sit within the Sales Department and will focus on supporting key processes in order-to-delivery, sales administration and reporting.

You will for example:

  • Perform Sales & Fleet Administration activities in relevant systems
  • Control proof of payment, release car documentation for registration and update handover portal accordingly
  • Give support to Polestar partners, making sure that they are being remunerated (related to invoices and payments) as agreed
  • Support to the Purchase Order process
  • Support Polestar internal fleets
  • Work with Salesforce (CRM systems)
  • Maintain and develop weekly/monthly reports

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of administrative tasks to secure flawless execution internally and towards the customer.

Important skills for this role:

  • Structured and effective with excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven approach to business
  • Detailed knowledge of standard office software tools (MS Office)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach to problem solving
  • High ability to cooperate and work in a team environment with the ambition to share experiences and learn from others
  • First experience in working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools desired (not mandatory)
  • Fluent in German both verbally and written skills, other languages are meritorious
  • Minimum 2 years experience ideally in the automotive field or related (e.g., leasing companies)
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (a-levels)

The minimum salary for this position is 35,000 EUR gross p.a., with willingness to overpay depending on your experience, competencies, and qualifications.
