Digital Marketing and Campaign Manager

The Digital Marketing and Campaign Manager will play a critical role in supporting Germany’s Head of Marketing in optimizing nationwide campaigns to drive business and brand KPIs.


Let us describe the challenge we offer

We are expanding and are therefore looking for a new Polestar who'll help the existing Media, Digital Marketing & Analytics team in building a world class online presence.

As a Campaign Manager at Polestar you will provide media recommendations for local initiatives, execute and optimize local activations to reach set campaign goals, KPI’s and target audiences.

This position will be a part of our growing local Marketing Team, located in Cologne, Germany. As long as you can come and join us at the office three days per week, you can be located all over Germany.


What you’ll do

The main responsibilities in this role will be to develop, execute and optimize online media campaigns across all relevant channels. You will be responsible for marketing and media activation of events, local test drive events, space openings in all channels.

Further on you will focus on:

  • Local media plans and local input into central digital marketing planning and activation of brand and car launch campaigns
  • Leverage the strategies, guidelines, content and competence in HQ as well as external stakeholders i.e. agencies to drive scalable and efficient digital marketing execution
  • Localization and translations of global content and for any local content for digital channels including the web
  • Follow-up, analysis and optimization of local media investments and activation
  • Analyze and report results to other team members, managers and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and monitor KPIs and provide suggestions to reach target goals
  • Provide suggestions for improving content, campaign performance and other online activations based on data.
  • Collaborate with other team members to further make campaigns more efficient.


Who you are

  • Deep hands-on competence in media management, digital marketing, especially paid media, web and CRM.
  • Deep competence in digital analytics
  • Experience from activation and optimization of media for digital channels
  • Broad understanding of the media landscape in the local market
  • Experience from management of and setting requirements on media agencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills managing multiple interfaces simultaneously
  • Experience from the automotive industry
