About The Role

Our mission is to deliver a class leading E/E platform, with an extensive feature set, offering Pure, Progressive, Performance, to provide a Customer Experience that exceeds their expectations. As a SW Integration Coordinator, you will support the Principal Engineer to ensure all Software planning and release processes are followed throughout the programme phases as well as manage local software repositories.

  • You will lead the software planning and release process in collaboration with the node owners. 
  • You will represent SW Integration team in a multitude of engineering and build reviews.
  • You will support compatibility reviews, SW reviews and planning sessions to ensure customer requirements are captured and met at each release point.
  • You will be the gatekeeper of software releases to ensure all submission requirements are met.
  • You are a flexible, enthusiastic, and methodical individual who is self-motivated, able to work well under own initiative and remain focused under pressure.

Mandatory skills

  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Good level of IT literacy and the ability to analyse and present data.

Desirable skills

  • Knowledge and experience of software development or software release coordination.
  • Knowledge or experience with vehicle network architectures CAN, LIN, FlexRay and Ethernet.
  • Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, components, and software.
  • Knowledge of Automotive Product development cycle with emphasis on software development, release, test and validation.
  • Experience using BOM management tools

You have an Electrical, Electronic, Systems, Electro-mechanical, Automotive, or similar engineering degree. Other recognized engineering qualifications combined with relevant experience may be considered.
