Let us describe the challenge we offer

Polestar Austria is having success and are therefore expanding in the Customer Service area. This is a unique opportunity to join the Polestar journey and shape the service we provide to Polestar customers in Austria. That is why we are looking for someone with experience in customer service - and preferably also the car industry.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a central role in the dialogue with our customer relations team in Gothenburg, our Austrian Polestar team and our partners. You are motivated both by direct contact with customers and handling of escalated cases as well as follow-up on repair processes. You understand the value of ongoing development and training and motivate others to prioritize this - even on a busy day. You also communicate clearly and professionally both orally and in writing, as your work supports those of our colleagues and partners who are in direct contact with our customers on a daily basis.

 

What you´ll do

  • Manage escalated cases from our customer relations team
  • Drive market escalation in the resolution council (arranged by headquarters)
  • Ensure that the customer relations team is continuously informed about local initiatives and adjustments, and if necessary, train the agents in these
  • Secure local costumer relations team members complete required trainings
  • Support key training initiatives and coordinate with local partners and customer support hub
  • Create, update and maintain support materials for customer relationship teams and workshops
  • Manage the logistics of the local market’s training cars and secure agents are trained
  • Gather, analyse and communicate insights from customers and agents and translate this into relevant communication aimed at colleagues, workshops, roadside assistance partners, etc.
  • Create, update, own and review knowledge articles
  • Work closely with the central Customer Support Hub to ensure continuous improvements in the relationship with our customers, workshops and partners
  • Coordinate relevant activities and projects with Polestar centrally and locally with Volvo Cars
  • Contribute actively to an entrepreneurial culture in a newly established company


You and your skills

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the local point of contact that handles customer-related situations in collaboration with our key stakeholders in the market and centrally to operate and deliver an exceptional service to our customers. In addition, you will be an active participant with a leading role in the many projects and initiatives that come with a company in development with clear goals to be close to the customer and make it easy to drive a Polestar.

Therefore, we imagine that you:

  • Have at least three years of experience in customer service.
  • Have a passion for technology, cars and customers.
  • Are structured and efficient with well-developed communication skills.
  • Are a creative thinking and problem-solving person.
  • Have the ability to work independently as well as being a part of a team with ambitions to share experiences and learn from others.
  • Are empathetic and have a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Want to contribute actively to a newly established team that walks an extra mile for each other where it is required, when required.
  • Are fluent in German and English, further language(s) are an advantage

    The minimum salary for this position is 37,000 EUR gross p.a., with willingness to overpay depending on your experience, competencies and qualifications.
