Polestar in Germany is expanding the team. This is an opportunity to be part of the Polestar journey and be responsible for our sales funnel effectiveness with main responsibility of coordinating the Inside Sales team within Polestar. We are looking for someone who has experience within (tele-)sales and lead management and the passion to for sales performance.

What you will do

The key responsibilities of this role sit across both Sales and Operations and will maintain both the direct sales operations and operational performance of our Polestar sites.

You will for example:

  • Own the delivery of the Polestar experience to both Retail and Fleet customers through in- & outbound channels
  • Manage and report the local sales funnel performance, achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales conversion targets
  • Develop, steer, and support the local Inside Sales team with clear target setting and central lead management standards
  • Proactively drive actions to improve our lead conversion and customer retention
  • Foster the Salesforce development together with central teams to maximize the outcome
  • Increase collaboration between Marketing, Operations and Polestar Locations through proper measures
  • Take part in management sales meetings and report key performance indicators and its developments

 

Who are you

You are an experienced sales manager with more than five years working experience. You have preferably a footprint in tele-sales and experiences in the automotive industry. You have a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience to succeed.

You are ambitious, flexible, proactive, and see the value in collaboration and innovation. You’re excited to get in on the ground floor, helping to create and develop a company that will act as an inspiration for the rest of the industry.

You’re willing to try innovative and execute unorthodox solutions in order to deliver a seamless brand experience, both digitally and physically. Operationally and strategically you are a strong and consistent performer, with exceptional collaboration and team leading skills.

We are looking for someone who understand the customer needs in the automotive area including

  • A proven team leader, with ability to lead and inspire various formal and informal teams
  • Experience in driving sales processes and coordinating (tele-) sales teams
  • Structured and effective with excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Passion for Customer Experience
  • High ability to cooperate and work in a team environment with the ambition to share experiences and learn from others
  • Extensive experience in working with Salesforce (incl. dashboards) or similar CRM tools
  • Good business acumen and analytical skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both verbally and written skills, other languages are meritorious
