Let us describe the challenge we offer

Polestar is expanding rapidly in Belgium and at the moment we have an exciting opportunity for a new position as Sales Support to complete our sales team. Your key responsibility will be to manage and follow up on incoming orders from new and existing fleet or B2B customers and be the human link in our fleet sales process. You are also THE partner of our key account managers who strives for the ideal flow in any part of the sales process, and you are in contact with lease companies to drive our sales conversion.
This is an opportunity to be part of the exciting Polestar journey and be able to form and shape our business success whilst transforming the whole industry. The role will be based in Brussels and reports to the Head of Sales of Polestar in Belgium.

What you´ll do

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support the key account managers in the set-up process of new customers (Salesforce).
  • Deliver customer specific offers based on Polestar’s SME and fleet business approach.
  • Educate, steer and follow up of the performance of the leasco’s on first time right orders to increase conversion speed and accuracy.
  • Optimise internal sales process to reduce administrative trail for every customer type.
  • Activate new customers to increase conversion - Organise test drives at company in support of key account manager/ develop support tools (newsletters, emails, …) / keynotes, ...
  • Ensure continuous sales support, administration and reporting.
  • Support of the Order to Delivery team to assure quality kpi’s (4 eyes principle).
  • Continuously assess and improve collaboration with sales partners.

    You and your skills

    To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

    • Strong administrative skills combined with outgoing commercial presence.
    • Experience in automotive business and fleet management (SME) is a plus.
    • Working knowledge of the leasing sector in Belgium, with special focus on the order process is also a plus
      • Understanding Renta solutions
      • Knowledge of process flows between customer, leaseco, fleet management companies.
    • Excellent level of spoken and written Dutch, French & English
    • Strong Knowledge of Salesforce + is highly appreciated
    • Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint

    As a person you have an analytical mindset and outstanding communication skills to motivate , educate and guide all commercial parties in the order processing flow . You are also a flexible and agile individual who thrives working in fast-paced and dynamic environment and who has a can-do attitude. You are very sociable, who thrives on clear communication and motivating external parties to achieve the win-win. Last but not least, you have passion for cars and people.
