Digital Product Manager

The selected Product Manager will be a central member in establishing customer and retailer solutions, reporting to the Head of Digital, Polestar North America. The Polestar North American Digital team is responsible for the design, development, launch, and optimization of both D2C and B2B digital solutions, leveraged across the various customer channels for both Retail and Fleet customers within the United States and Canada. The Digital team works with only the best-of-breed of technology, combining bespoke digital solutions with industry leading 3rd party technologies.

Let us describe the challenge we offer

  • Manage and own Polestar North America customer acquisition and interactions digital products, including experience, salesforce CRM, sales tools, customer acquisition tools and Polestar retail digital experience
  • Facilitate the vision and goals for the product area, aligned with business and digital strategy
  • Support local marketing, sales and customer service business functions with technical skills acting as a liaison between business needs, third parties and global resources
  • Oversee the development and design of digital products from inception to launch, directly managing digital leads, teams and vendors
  • Capture and maintain digital product requirements for North America sales-to-delivery solutions, including the capabilities performed by retailers and third parties
  • Ensure solutions launched are supported and technically sustainable according to Polestar architecture strategies
  • Maintain digital product backlogs and roadmaps, communicating updates to stakeholders
  • Secure alignment with the brand digital guidelines and development delivered by digital agencies
  • Track and measure the product area’s performance health through OKRs and KPIs

Who you are

  • 8 years experience of demonstrated leadership in digital development including product or project management
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs, ability to create a value proposition and vision for the domain's product group
  • Solid experience building and operating large (high volume) web applications or websites
