Learning & Development Training Lead – Customer Care (Contact Centre)


Let us describe the challenge we offer

Our Polestar family is growing, and we are now searching for an EV admirer who is excited to take the lead within Customer Care training. This is a fully new position at Polestar where you will drive, develop, and establish new training with multiple stakeholders. We have a number of Contact Centre locations globally that operate in partnership with our outsource providers, this role is key to improving the training and knowledge that we support our frontline agents with.

You will belong to the Global Customer Care team that is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What you’ll do

Your passion for people and development will set the tone of voice toward our customers. As Training Lead, you will be coordinate and secure seamless training to ensure that your Customer Care team delivers excellent service for our valuable customers, markets, and importers. With your optimistic attitude to develop, you will identify training needs and improve the training program together with the Polestar training team.

You will also:

  • Make sure that training is available for new releases. This can involve for example process improvements or new technical updates to our cars
  • Manage the training cars for multimarket contact centres
  • Manage and develop training material together with Polestar training team and Subject Matter Experts

 

Who you are

You are an energy-driven people person with a resourceful attitude to continuous improvement. We are looking for a great communicator with a passionately vibrant interest in training and development. You have at least a couple of years experience within the area, including cutting-edge customer support providing exceptional service. You also have a stellar interest in the EV industry, cars, and technology.

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience working in a contact centre environment
  •  Experience working with external suppliers
  • Additional language skills
