Customer Experience Training – Project Management & Co-ordination

Let us describe the challenge we offer

Our Polestar family is growing. We are now searching for an EV admirer who is excited to plan the customer-facing training within Customer Experience. In this position you will utilize networks such as HQ teams, markets, and vendors to coordinate training based on stakeholder needs and communicate the progress needed.

You will belong to the Customer Experience Training team that is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.


What you’ll do

Your passion for people and development will set the tone of our trainings. You’ll manage the projects, communication, and co-ordination of new and existing training to a number of stakeholders, such as the training lead for our Customer Relation Centers, importers, and Polestar markets. With a high spirit for improvement, you will identify needs and updates and communicate these to the involved parties. Also, you might even get to take the lead in special projects connected to new trainings development, updating the training platform, set up special needs programmes, such as ”coaching programme” and ”train-the-trainer programme”.

You will also:

  • Provide reporting of training completion to relevant stakeholders for action and follow-up
  • Have a close collaboration with internal departments such as Global Customer Care, Space Operations, Go-to-market, Insight and Analytics team – you will together ensure accurate and timely training that aligns with Polestar’s core behaviors.


Who you are

Further, we think it’s of great importance that you:

  • Have more than three years’ experience from a role working with leading projects and stakeholder management
  • Have a strong ability to organize information and to proactively coordinate work in collaboration with others
  • Are used to working in an international environment

It’s meritorious if you have experience from working with external suppliers.
