Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for someone seeking to join a fast-paced and innovative startup organisation.  We’re looking for an organized and process driven Fleet and Partner Sales Support Executive to join the Polestar UK team. This is a key role reporting into the Head of Sales, where you’ll be responsible for turning enquiries into  sales, relationship building with third parties and delivering industry leading customer service.  We’re driving change in the fleet market with a truly unique approach to customer centricity, collaboration and partnership.  Successful colleagues need to know the traditional market but embrace change and be bold in the pursuit of improving customer experience at every level from driver to fleet manager and leasing provider.

What you’ll do

  • Prioritise inbound enquiries using Salesforce case management and respond to customers within agreed SLA.
    • Availability requests.
    • Product queries.
    • Pricing queries.
    • Accounts queries.
    • Other enquiries that may require further investigation.
  • Identify suitable third-party sales organisations and leasing brokers to partner with, then develop relationships with them.
  • Teach and build understanding of the Polestar brand within the UK broker market.
  • Deliver a sales and profit target in line with agreed KPIs.
  • Develop and own an industry leading CRM solution that maximises pre-sale, contract and renewal opportunities.
  • Assist with the development of the digital ordering process for the UK leasing industry.
  • Build and own frictionless processes that ensure partners can access and order available stock and pipeline cars quickly, accurately and easily.
  • Strong collaboration and coordination with Polestar HQ Fleet Team and wider Polestar UK team.
  • Build the Polestar brand profile through identification and implementation of test drive strategies in conjunction with public Polestar event locations, Polestar Spaces and customer opportunities.

 You and your skills

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about sustainability and electric cars.
  • Proven experience working in the fleet/corporate segment (recommended).
  • Excellent proven sales administration skills, multi-tasking skills and adapt well to change.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Ability to design, test, communicate and implement new processes.
  • Demonstrable experience in the fleet sales process, from either retailer, manufacturer or leasing company (recommended).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills: a collaborative ethos with a can-do attitude and ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships.
  • Dynamic and agile with a solution mindset.
  • Excellent written, numerical and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Desire to test new ideas and approaches and deliver best practice processes.
  • Professional and friendly attitude.
