CRM Manager - Marketing

The Polestar CRM Manager will be the primary point of contact for all audience-driven marketing activities relating to the brand and retail in US and Canada. 

This position reports to the Head of Marketing North America and will work across internal teams, global teams and with creative agencies. You will collaborate closely with retail, experiential, and media teams in the US and Canada and lead push communications to our North American customers.


What you’ll do

  • Partner closely with Experiential Manager, PR, Retailer, and Digital teams to drive consistent and clear communications and to create continuity across all consumer activations 
  • Analyze reporting to develop data-driven optimizations, and executions
  • Be an advocate for consumer and community needs and expectations
  • Drive the end-to-end development for CRM campaigns (contracts, asset approval, calendar development)
  • Develop, execute, and manage personalized communication streams supporting the entire customer journey for our North American consumers
  • Drive localization of global CRM campaigns and strategies
  • Ideate and develop local-market CRM strategy and development 
  • Assist with developing owner loyalty programs across product portfolio


Who you are

This role will require passion for email marketing, excellent project management skills, an understanding of the automotive business, and the ability to strategically align with global communication streams.

You will need to possess an entrepreneurial ability to try new and different things. And be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas and establish best practices.

Further on you:

  • Have a history of success in CRM marketing - preferably with an automotive OEM, DTC brand, or an agency.
  • Highly collaborative and great at building relationships
  • Highly detail oriented and thrives working in a fast-paced environment that focuses on multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Highly analytical – able to understand, assess, and evolve performance tracking across all CRM channels
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, DMPs a plus
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Experience with paid media a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing preferred
  • 6-8 years of experience in CRM marketing, advertising, or creative agency
