Come join Polestar Marketing & Brand team. We are looking for a global marketing and media analytics expert and you will have a key role in helping us improve our insights-driven approach to decision making for all our marketing initiatives globally.

As a Marketing & Media Analytics Expert you will be part of our central Marketing Analytics team. You will be supporting all Brand & Marketing functions globally with hands-on analysis and actionable recommendations, as well as driving our marketing KPI & measurement strategy and support our data collection capabilities.

This role is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. For the right candidate we’re open for remote work with flexible location within Sweden. 

What you’ll do

  • Accountable for driving the establishment and optimization of KPI framework and measurement plan for Brand & Marketing on both a global and local level.
  • Accountable for driving marketing and media analytics, establishing and optimizing creative dashboards and reporting to support decision making.
  • Accountable for driving Brand & Marketing towards a more data-driven way of working and to support both global and local functions in marketing and media analysis.
  • Accountable for ensuring data quality through correct tracking, integration, implementation and configuration of our and partners' digital tools in collaboration with CX Insights & Analytics department.

Who you are

  • We believe you have at least four years working or other relevant experience.
  • Experienced in working with digital marketing analytics on both a strategic and operational level, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
  • Broad experience within digital marketing and good understanding of various marketing platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce marketing cloud, Facebook Ads etc.
  • Competence with BI & Visualization tools (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableu, Data studio)
  • University degree in relevant fields or equivalent expertise.
  • Experience with Datorama and/or other Salesforce modules is a big plus.
  • Broad competence within general marketing is a plus.
  • Experience of a multimarket global organizations, managing multiple stakeholders in a decentralized setting is a plus.
  • Experience from the car industry or similar industries is a plus.
