Let us describe the challenge we offer 

As a Data Visualization Expert you will be part of Polestars central Marketing Analytics team. A team that drives the visualization and analysis of Polestar’s marketing efforts. The role will be all about supporting our Brand & Marketing professionals, including the other marketing analytics experts, with turning data into actionable insights through visualization. 

You will primarily do this by working closely with our marketing platform owners and BI & Insights team to help integrate various data sources, harmonizing the data and set up dashboards. 

This role is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. For the right candidate we’re open for remote work with flexible location within Sweden. 


What you’ll do 

  • Providing global organization with intuitive dashboards to support business excellence
  • Data harmonization 
  • Datorama maintenance & system support 
  • Support with reporting and analysis of data to enable data-informed decisions throughout the organization

Who you are 

To succeed in this role we believe that you have at least three years of hands-on experience of marketing analytics visualization. We work mainly with Datorama so experience within this is an advantage, but not a requirement. Solid hands-on experience with other platforms such as Tableau, PowerBi and/or Qlik would also be relevant. 

 Further on we believe you are quality-conscious and able to take ownership. You have a good practical understanding of how data from different sources can be integrated, transformed and quality assured. With your skills you have what it needs to drive the visualization related work to increase the ability to draw insights based on market data within the organization. To be a great fit we also believe you:

  • Have good understanding of digital marketing and various marketing platforms.
  • Deep competence in setting up data integrations and ensuring data quality through harmonization and cleaning.
  • Experience within digital analytics and/or digital product management of sales driven digital channels/ecommerce.
  • Some hands-on experience in various marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, GMP, Salesforce marketing cloud, Facebook Ads etc.
  • Have a finished university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent expertise.

We see it as meritorious if you have strong knowledge in one or more marketing-, customer- data and analysis platform. Such as Salesforce, Google analytics, Google marketing platform, Facebook, etc. It’s also meritorious if you have experience within marketing and of a multimarket global organizations, managing multiple stakeholders in a decentralized setting.
