Let us describe the challenge we offer

In this position you will be the one responsible for all Customer Experience training globally within Polestar. You’ll own the strategy, development, and implementation of content, experience and program management of Customer Experience training. And that means all of it; Ensuring that staff across Polestars , customer support, events, handovers, and test drives – all deliver a consistent and relevant experience where the customer is at the center. The role also includes developing and training non-customer facing personnel, transforming to become truly experience and customer led.

This is a new position which will report to our Head of Customer Experience and is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, where we wish you to be located.

What you’ll do

Together with your team you will ensure that the training program brings the Polestar brand and product experience consistently to life across touchpoints and markets, through the development of inspiring content, delivery of webinars and an accessible, and seamless e-training platform and toolkits. With your contagious passion for service and your natural leadership skills you’ll lead your team to onboard and continuously train staff and local trainer (where applicable) to deliver a unique Polestar experience.

You will shape a visionary and digital-first global training program that is scalable as we grow and that delivers a best-in class experience and impact in the marketplace.

For you it’s all about the people. You are customer centric as well as a born leader. You are comfortable in different environments - people in your surrounding tend to naturally take your lead and you easily build new relations. Your passion for the mission of an outstanding customer experience, EV cars, and the innovative journey Polestar is going through is contagious.

You are a strong and experienced leader, you probably have several years’ of work experience from a leading role within the area of customer experience and/or innovative learning and development. You’ve worked in an international role including project management responsibility managing functional and regional stakeholders and suppliers.

Further on we believe you have great experience in change management and customer-oriented digital initiatives. You get the importance and complexity of this mission, and the challenge motivates you. Your innovative and visionary mindset together with strong courage and curiousness about digitalization makes you a very strong fit for this position.

Since this role has a global focus and responsibility it’s of great importance that your level of English is high, preferable native or as close as.
