Partner Performance Manager – Customer Experience

Let us describe the challenge we offer

We are looking for a service minded leader for a position within our Customer Care team, a part of Customer Experience. This is the role for you who wants to take lead within external partnerships for our customer experience delivery within EMEA and North America.

This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

 

What you’ll do

  • Deliver a world class customer care experience for our customers, leading them on a transformation journey.
  • Managing the commercial and operational relationship with the outsourcer ensuring staffing levels, recruitment and service levels are delivered in line with contractual obligations, business requirements and projected call volumes.
  • Inspire, coach and support a team of high performing individuals to deliver the best possible Support Hub to our partners.
  • Key point of contact for Uptime and Sykes.

Who you are

To be a great fit for this position we believe you have a background within service delivery and customer support/contact centers. You’re used to manage and follow up performances and KPIs. You’re a service star who’s used to deliver high standard service, and inspire others doing it. Maybe you have experience from a similar position; Managing partnerships with outsourced providers and skilled in building positive relations with these for best possible outcome.

You have:

  • At least five years of relevant work life experience.
  • Experience from working in an international environment, managing stakeholders from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • High level of service, communication and people skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
