Let us describe the challenge we offer 

You will become part of the newly established Danish Polestar team, and will help build the structure and performance of digital consumer communication on the foundations of a strong global framework.

The Polestar SoMe & CRM Specialist will be a professional with experience from ideating, creating, executing and optimizing activities, which facilitates the customer journey and create business opportunities in our digital community.

You will be overall responsible for our SoMe and CRM performance, and you will report directly to the Head of Marketing at Polestar Automotive Denmark.

What you´ll do 

In this position you will be overseeing, handling and optimizing our social media and CRM activities in close coherence with other local marketing, PR and commercial initiatives, and coordinate with our specialist colleagues at Gothenburg HQ to secure alignment with global activities.

You will also:


  • Adapt and execute global material to fit perfectly for the Danish audience
  • Plan and execute additional, local material aligned with campaigns, events, PR, and website developments
  • Monitor and document our channel performance, and secure the ongoing optimization of results in close co-operation with HQ channel specialists
  • Seize opportunities to create great content that engages and moves customers and creates value for our business.
  • Drive the development of the role to enhance functional excellence, including adopting strategic initiatives and ensuring the use of new functionalities and tools, as well as owning the continuous improvement agenda and local delivery efficiency.

Who you are

You are a digital “swiss knife”, probably with a background in a digital agency/inhouse agency, working 360 degrees on behalf of clients, and meticulously monitoring KPI’s to secure the maximum performance of the activities you implement. You thrive in delivering first class material and seeing it produce amazing results.

You are a consumer communication enthusiast, with an excellent understanding of the digital customer journey and the tools connected, with demonstrated analytical skills and data driven approach to business.

You also have a true hands-on-attitude, a strong sense of urgency, and you make things happen. We are looking for a real team player, who can handle multiple tasks and stakeholders, maintain focus and adapt easily to changing business needs.

Further on we believe you:

  • Have a degree in digital marketing, business administration, communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing disciplines
  • Experience from digital agency/inhouse agency is an advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, FB Business Manager, GA, Datastudio, CMS systems
  • Excellent written and verbal Danish with good copy-writing ability
  • English skills to secure a seemless collaboration in an international environment.
