Let us describe the challenge we offer

Within the Consumer Services team we focus on the services offered to the Polestar customer. Such as booking the car to a workshop when needed, offering Pick-up and delivery, Wheel shift and storage, road side assistance, ordering accessories to the vehicle, different services / service options etc. We develop the service/offer globally for implementation on the local markets. Besides the initial development, implementation, and operation we are also accountable for the profitability of the service/offer.

As you might know, we are a start-up company with strong growth focus where Global Customer Service is a fully integrated function in the business as a key enabler for business success. We are a flat organization with a Go-Get-Attitude and we act as a strong team to get things done to enable the business to be successful. We work with speed and engagement in a high collaborative manner.

In this position you will take full responsibility from start to finish. We are a small and flexible team, we set our priorities together and we are ready to support each other and take on new tasks/projects with higher priority. You will focus on the strategic but also handle and enjoy getting daily questions sorted out.

In this role you will be part of the Global Customer Service Team and report to the Consumer Services manager. The position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. 


What you'll do

As Business Owner you will be fully involved in daily operational matters working closely with leaders and employees across the entire company and all levels as well as working closely with global Customer Service to develop ways of working for global implementation.

Your main area of responsibility will be Polestars service process; Secure the customer journey and experience from the first contact with Polestar until the customer receives the car back from the workshop. This includes responsibility for booking of workshop visit, Pick-up and delivery as service, replacement cars, customer communication and experience trough out the journey.

We want to have the best in class aftermarket experience during the ownership phase. In your role you will lead the implementation of the scope in new markets as well as continues improvements in our already launched markets.  

Who you are

As we are in a phase of setting up our global organisation and developing processes and tools while growing at a high speed, a strong experience and ability to learn quickly are required to manage this role. We also believe that very good understanding of customer needs in the automotive area as well as in other consumer areas, is of importance to be a great fit.

Further on we believe you:

  • Have at least 3-5 years’ experience of similar assignments
  • Have broad experience from managing projects
  • Are a proven project leader, with ability to lead and inspire various formal and informal teams
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Effective communications skills
  • Are a self-starter that can work independently but values collaboration as well
  • Like to work in a changing and high paced environment
  • Have an university degree in relevant fields or equivalent expertise
